
RESERVATION POLICIES
Age Requirement
Highball is a 21+ establishment
Accompanied minors of any age—including infants and children—are not permitted
Reservations
Reservations for parties of up to 10 guests may be booked online through OpenTable up to 14 days in advance
For parties of 7 or more, a $35 per-guest deposit is required and will be credited to your final bill
For groups of 11+ or private events, please inquire here
Large groups booking multiple reservations under different names to avoid deposits or beverage minimum contracts will not be honored.
All reservations include a 2-hour seating window. Your party will be notified 30 minutes prior to the end of your reservation if the table is needed for a following party.
Highball does not accept reservations or make changes by phone. To modify an existing reservation, please email Reservations@Highballphx.com, modify via the Open Table Confirmation Email, or use the OpenTable messaging feature to alert our host.
Same-day reservations cannot be made once service begins at 6:00 PM
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all reservations. Arrival after 15 minutes may result in forfeited seating and placement on the walk-in waitlist
Late arrivals are not guaranteed the full 2-hour seating duration
Reservations secured with a credit card that fail to arrive or cancel will be charged a $25 per-guest no-show fee
Cancellations are not accepted after 6:00 PM, once Highball is open for service. No-shows will be charged accordingly
Split Checks
To ensure smooth and timely service:
Large party tabs may be split up to 4 ways or into equal increments
Individual itemized checks are not available for parties of 5 or more
Pre-Paid Reservation Deposit Policy
Parties of 7+ require a $35 per-person deposit
Any decrease in party size after a deposit is paid is eligible for refund minus the required processing fee
If your party’s total spend is less than the prepaid amount, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time via your OpenTable confirmation email or by emailing Reservations@Highballphx.com
Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to review, and deposits may not be refunded
Walk-Ins & Waitlist
Walk-ins are always welcome!
Walk-in parties of 8+ guests are subject to a minimum of one cocktail per guest or $20 per person (regardless of consumption), along with a 22% service gratuity. Split checks are not available for large walk-in groups
Walk-ins are seated on a first-come, first-served basis and may not receive a full 2-hour stay depending on reservation flow
Guests may join the waitlist in person only. Estimated wait times are approximate and not guaranteed
Once notified via SMS that your table is ready, you will have 15 minutes to return to the host stand
Walk-Out / Unsigned Tab Policy
Credit card slips left unsigned, or removed from the table before payment is processed, will incur a 22% gratuity added to the final bill
